"A New Home for Floppy Bunny" tells the heartwarming tale of a young bunny searching for his forever family, and introduces the reader to the families that he meets along the way. Written while in the process of adopting two siblings from foster care, the author's intention was to create a story that would help children in foster care understand that it is important to find the perfect family for them, and that although they may come to know several families along their journey, the changes in their living conditions are in no way a reflection on them. 
 
Written in a fun, entertaining way, this story may help young children begin to heal from feelings of rejection, inecurity and inferiority as they navigate through their own personal journeys.
